Each year many applicants seek these challenging and rewarding staff positions.  Leadership Classroom staff are comprised of fully licensed US Coast Guard Captains, PADI Scuba Instructors and Divemasters, American Sailing Association Instructors, Emergency First Response Instructors, teachers, mentors and leadership trainers.  From a large pool of applicants, Leadership Classroom selects only the highest quality and most experienced instructors and staff members from around the world.
